How We Get Your Parts to You

Shipping Policy

American Quality Used Auto Parts is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING only to a commercial/business address on all standard orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We partner with reliable freight and ground carriers to ensure your part arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply to these locations. Please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Freight Shipments (Engines, Transmissions, etc.)

Large items like engines, transmissions, and axles are shipped via LTL freight carriers.

  • Residential vs. Commercial Address: Freight carriers charge extra for residential deliveries, which often require a liftgate-equipped truck. To avoid these fees, we strongly recommend shipping to a commercial address (a business with a loading dock or forklift).
  • Inspection on Delivery: It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the freight shipment for any damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage to the part or packaging, you must note it on the receipt (e.g., "Received Damaged") or refuse the shipment entirely. If you sign for a damaged item without notation, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf.

Processing and Transit Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume, which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If You Don't Receive Tracking

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will be happy to provide you with an update.
