Our Procedures for Returns and Shipping

Return Shipping

American Quality Used Auto Parts provides free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, additional shipping charges will apply. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong part shipped, defective part).

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Please contact us at info@americanqualityusedautoparts.com or +1 708-960-9015 to request an RMA.

Once you have an RMA number, please ensure the part is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as American Quality Used Auto Parts is not responsible for parts that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

If you ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, you may return it subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We make every effort to ensure you order the correct part by requesting your VIN, but the final responsibility lies with the buyer.

Shipping of Replacement Parts

If a replacement part is being sent to you under a warranty claim, American Quality Used Auto Parts will cover the cost of shipping the replacement part to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective part back to us.

Core Returns

If your purchase requires a "core charge," you are responsible for the cost of shipping the old part (the core) back to us. Once we receive and inspect the core, your core charge will be refunded. Please follow the standard RMA procedure for shipping your core return.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your part immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, make a note of it with the delivery driver. If the part itself is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Do not attempt to install a damaged part.
