1. Orders & Quotes
- Quotes are estimates based on availability and may change prior to purchase.
- Orders are accepted when we confirm payment and shipment details.
- Certain parts may require a refundable core charge. Cores must be returned within the stated period in rebuildable condition for a refund.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and core charges unless stated.
- We accept commonly used payment methods; all payments must clear before shipment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via reputable carriers. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Inspect shipments on arrival and note damage with the carrier when signing.
- Freight to non-commercial addresses or requiring liftgate may incur additional fees.
4. Warranty
- Standard warranty applies as stated on your invoice or our Warranty page.
- Warranty is void if: improper installation, lack of required procedures (e.g., cooler/line flush), misuse, modification, racing, or commercial abuse.
- Warranty covers the part only; labor and incidental costs are excluded unless expressly stated.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns require prior authorization within the stated window and must be in the same condition received.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Electrical parts, control modules, and special-order items may be non-returnable.
6. Fitment & Installation
- Buyer is responsible for verifying fitment by VIN/part number/interchange prior to purchase.
- Professional installation is recommended; some warranties may require an ASE-certified installer.
- Keep documentation (receipts/photos) of required procedures for warranty claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or downtime, arising from your use of the Services or parts purchased.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with site security, or attempt to access data without authorization.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable laws.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
